• Customized and personalized items are created exactly as submitted by the customer.

Product Information

• Some mockups are digital representations and may appear slightly different than the finished product.
• Garment brands and color shades may vary depending on availability.

Payment

• Payment is required at the time an order is placed.
• Orders will not be processed until payment has been received.

Turnaround Time

• Turnaround times may vary depending on the item ordered. Estimated turnaround times are provided on product listings when applicable.
• Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
• Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted unless there is an error or defect caused by EGC Creations.

Order Issues

• If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery or pickup so we can work to resolve the issue.
