EGC Creations Return & Refund Policy

At EGC Creations, most of our items are made-to-order or customized just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 3 days of delivery or pickup so we can make it right.

Please double-check all sizing, colors, and customization details before placing your order.
