Processing Time

  • Most items are made-to-order and require processing time before shipping or pickup.
  • Turnaround times vary by product and will be listed in each product description when applicable.
  • Please allow additional processing time during holidays, sales, and preorder events.

Shipping

  • Orders are shipped once they are completed and packaged.
  • Shipping times are determined by the carrier and are separate from our processing times.
  • Customers will receive tracking information once their order has shipped.

Local Pickup

  • Local pickup is available for customers who select that option at checkout.
  • You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Multiple Items

  • If your order contains multiple items, your order will ship together once all items are completed unless otherwise arranged.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. EGC Creations is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Once a package has been shipped, EGC Creations is not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages caused by the carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly if any shipping issues arise.
